For Women

Women's Focus

Women's Focus exists to nurture and feed women of all ages from the Bible as we seek to follow the Lord Jesus Christ and share him with others. We are committed to meet regularly so that our families, friendships and fellowship may be strengthened as we support each other practically and spiritually.

We meet at 9.30 for 10.00 am on Tuesdays, either all together in the meeting place or as small groups, two in church and one in a home. Come and join us, we look forward to meeting you. For more information, contact womensfocus@trinitynorwich.org.

Fit for life

“Fit for Life” is a group for ladies of all ages and all abilities, which meets in the Church Hall on Cambridge Street on most Tuesdays at 7.20pm for a 7.30pm start. The hour-long session is either an aerobic workout or a circuit based class. Malcolm Guymer has been instructing us for several years. He varies the workouts, so no two weeks are the same. You can work as hard as you like, depending on your fitness levels. Malcolm gives advice on alternative moves, if you suffer a particular problem at any time.

It is a sociable group, with banter exchanged between us, and Malcolm tells us stories and jokes whilst we workout! The cost is £3.00 per session. Of the 15-20 ladies who attend on average each week, about half are from the local area, and half are from the Church both past and present.

So ladies, come and join us and prove that keeping fit can also be fun!!

For Everyone

Birdwatching

The birdwatching group meets on the first Saturday of the month (except for Bank Holidays when it is the second Saturday). We enjoy getting out and about to see the lovely countryside and God's wonderful creatures, and of course to enjoy one another's company. We are often joined by Dave Appleton who has an excellent knowledge of birds and their song, which is a great help to us in finding where the bird is hiding. The group is open to anyone who can walk a reasonable distance, and several of our regular group are not Holy Trinity attenders, so feel free to bring friends along. If you would like to join us on our next trip, please contact Mary Rydon at birdwatching@trinitynorwich.org for details.

Trinity Trekkers

trinitytrekkers.JPGTrinity Trekkers meets on the 4th Saturday of the month (not December), for a 4-6 mile walk in the Norfolk countryside. Open to all ages. Come along and enjoy the fresh air, with gentle exercise and make new friends! We meet in the church car park at 10am and lifts are available. Bring a packed lunch and suitable gear for all weathers! Our numbers continue to grow and with folk who are not HT members, which is good news!
