International Students

Regular events are:
- World Café - a social event, every Friday evening during term time
- Tea Break - a social gathering for international women and pre-school children.
- Graduate fellowship - a discussion/Bible study group for Christian post-graduate students. It happens fortnightly on a Sunday afternoon between 4-6pm.
Have you ever wondered… What Christianity is all about?
Starting on Friday 27th May there will be a 5 week course looking at explaining Christianity and who are God and Jesus.
Place: Holy Trinity Church
When: Fridays
Time: 5:30pm for a meal first
Finish: 7:15pm for World Café

Summer Weekend Events
Sunday 22nd May
Afternoon Tea – enjoy a walk along the river to this very English event at Lawson’s house. Meet Security Lodge at 3pm, return by 7pm.
Saturday 11th June
Think Home - a day to get together to consider issues and ideas about returning home, having studied in the UK. To be held in a home in the pretty village of Hingham. Time to be announced.
Saturday 25th June
Sailing and BBQ - opportunity to try sailing and canoeing on a large lake in Suffolk with a BBQ afterwards. Whole day event, exact time & cost to be announced.
Saturday 13th August
Trip to Southwold in Suffolk– a traditional seaside town. Relax, walk on the beach, wander around the town, enjoy fish and chips! Time and cost to be announced.
Saturday 10th September
Hello and Goodbye– an evening of welcoming new students and saying farewell to old students, plus eating puddings! Time to be announced.
