Young at Heart
For all those who are approaching or who have reached retirement. We have a friendly programme of meetings, outings and events. We meet at Holy Trinity Church on:
- the 2nd Thursday of the month at 12.30pm: including lunch in the Meeting Place with a short talk and discussion
- the 4th Thursday of the month at 2.30pm: in the Meeting Place with a range of speakers and activities
Holiday at Home
Holiday at Home is a 2 or 3 day summer holiday to give older people a break from daily routine without actually taking them away from home. We have a wonderful time of fun and friendship. Games, music, creative activities and easy exercise are enjoyed in a relaxed holiday atmosphere, and delicious lunches are part of the deal! Each day also includes an interesting talk to help us understand more about Jesus.
Community Meal
Many local Young at Heart members like to come to the Community Meal provided by Holy Trinity on the 2nd Saturday of every month in the Church Hall. You can come at 11:30 for coffee, chat and newspapers if you wish, or just turn up by 12:30 for a good cooked three course lunch - all for just £2.00!

Bible Study
At present there are 4 daytime Bible study discussion groups for women which meet on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 - 11:30 am. New members are always welcome. There are a number of beginners in the groups, so don't feel afraid to ask those awkward questions when you are thinking "everyone must know the answer to that!"
